Every Friday, you get a new 7-minute video showing how to make a healthy, protein-forward meal made from whole foods in under 20 minutes. Filmed in my real-life, working-dad kitchen.
Roger, I believe it’s called a Shun Classic Santoku knife, handcrafted. It stays sharp longer than any knife I’ve ever used….not that I’ve used many kitchen knives.
Thanks! I gave lots of knives but they are all dull. I should get them sharpened but I don't know if they are worth it. The chicken, brussel sprouts, tomato dinner was great! I don't like grocery store spices thought. I get spices from Pensey's. Vietnamese Cinnamon is the best.
Can’t wait to see what you make Paul!
Dr. Fenn, it will not be on your level. But it will be healthy, and I’m stoked to see what people think.
Easy is best!
Awesome that’s what made me create younging the health care app in the Apple store that focuses on clean eating. Check it out. This is very cool.
Ernie, thank you. I hope you’ll be there for some “Papa Surprise,” my first dish on next Friday’s Eat like it’s 1899.
I am looking forward to it!!
Roger, thank you. It will not be boring.
What's the knife brand you like?

One ‘grounded’ dad who seems to have established what’s really valuable in life. All power to your elbow.
Thanks for this.
Another tip: I do most of my shopping in the grocery store's perimeter. Food found there would likely have been available in 1899.
Another thing I like: organic coconut aminos vs soy sauce.
love the concept!
