I'm a 68 year marathon runner since my early 50's. Glad to hear the tips from you guys, i.e. the little muscles I have been ignoring, etc. I'll listen to the full hour soon. Thank you and hope to see more about this.
Deena, i'm wondering if you now incorporate single-leg weight training, or if that's something you're interested in starting. I'm no marathoner, but I found that the single-leg work, after only a month, has really helped my tennis stroke, because I have more endurance and more strength in the pivoting leg, from foot to torso.

Now I hope to run my first marathon when I turn 68 thanks to this comment. Awesome.
